Does anyone have 65 ml reservoir with AMS LGX

Hi bio bros,
I was implanted on the 1st Sept with a 65 ml reservoir on the AMS LGX.
The issue is I feel my erections are not very rigid and my penis size currently is just 4 inches compared to 5.5 pre-surgery.
I am not much concerned abt size but definitely feel the rigidity can improve.
The surgeon says all is fine.
How do I tackle the rigidity issue and does anyone having a 65 ml reservoir have rigidity complaints?

How many pumps are required?

Sub hash: please put your mind at ease. Unless your surgeon did something weird with the tubing, you’ve got plenty of fluid.

I’ve got the 18 cm LGX. With 5 cm of RTEs but they don’t carry any fluid. I have the 65 ml reservoir.

I asked my surgeon about it, since it didn’t seem like it would be sufficient. He said. And this is a paraphrased quote “based on where your reservoir is, the RTEs I installed to make the implant accessible, and the length of tubing, you’re never going to empty your reservoir.”

So far I haven’t. At 21 months I’m 5 1/4 flaccid, 6 5/8 erect, with a healthy 5 1/2 girth.

It takes about 60-70 short, hard squeezes to get there and give me the most desirable erection angle. When I quit pumping the bulb is hard, I’m not moving much fluid, but I can feel increased pressure in the cylinders.

I have had 5 hernia surgeries in my life. 2 inguinal, 2 epigastric, and 1 umbilical. There’s scar tissue and mesh. My surgeon said he wanted to keep things simple, so he went with the 65 ml reservoir,more RTEs, and shorter tubing.

I’m happy with the hardness, size, angle. I don’t even have a clue where he tucked the reservoir. It all works. If, someday, it turns out I don’t have a big enough reservoir, I’ll have him swap it for a bigger one. Until then, everything he told me has been truth.

If 65 ml powers my 18cm LGX it ought to do your 15 cm just fine. Keep cycling and good luck!

I have a 15 cm with 5.5 rte and 65 ml reservoir. It takes 35-40 pumps to get it railroad spike hard. I can hang a towel on it. I suggest you pump it up as hard as possible, then crank it side to side and up and down. That is what my surgeon did and he was not gentle at 1 year after IPP operation when I complained of the same thing. After that I gained another 1/2 inch and can pump to super hard any time I want to.

thanks both of you....when you pump do you squeeze gently or hard? I am just too scared to damage the bloody implant so I dont really squeeze hard. I will definitely try your tips

I was a heavy equipment mechanic for 60 years. I would say my squeeze is pretty hard. I bottom out the bulb on every squeeze. My scrotum skin gets tender to touch because of my aggressiveness.
