Any Prostatectomy Implanters that had nerve sparing have rtn of glans fullness/erection?

Just a curiosity. Asking if anyone with prostate cx removed, but still has the nerves spared has had a return of glans fullness/erection like feeling after implant. Here is a brief Hx : I had prostate cx, removed, nerve sparing, waited 2.5 yrs, erections never returned. Injections started to cause scaring, I knew from reading many post on FT and other cx forums -about erections returning it would be within the 2yr post op time if they were going to rtn at all. Since my implant 3 m ago, my head does not engorge, some of that may be due to a bit of pain that I still have. Just curious if others that have had the same or near the same story as mine, if the nerves started working any after the implant - I know not for an erection, but for the glans part that is still intact? Think if it did, that would also help in the girth loss that I have due to the implant. Thanks for any info you all can share. Peace out!

My doc told me he removed all my nerves, so I got an implant just 9 months after the RP. 3 years of popsicle on a stick. Recently the gland has started getting warmer and fuller. Still has its cold and wrinkled white days. I hear a prescription of trimix gel is $100.00 for 5 doses. Going to try it soon. I had extreme pain with injectable trimix. Hope a small amount of gel will do the trick. Stay in touch. If gel gives me to much pain I may send it to you to try.

I also had radical prostatectomy in 2016 at age of 51. Never recovered any function after RP and decided on implant @ 20 months post RP and got implanted at 22 months post RP surgery. In the mean time, I never experienced any sign of life from my penis. My RP was with bilateral nerve sparing according to my surgeon which I daubt . My glans became small after surgery and it is not engorging or minimally engorging with daily Cialis.
RP surgery also destroyed my orgasmic function. Orgasms if I experience one, is barely 2-3 of 10 before prostate removal.

I got my RP in Oct. 2017. At 6 months, I tried 60, 80, and 100mg of sildenafil without success. At about 8 months, I started Trimix injections. Caused me priapism and peyronie's. I think that was my biggest mistake. I'd better stick to the daily Viagra that was prescribed for me. After that I couldn't get any erections with pills or even injections.
I don't feel any glans engorgement, and not sure if I can get again. I tried Cialis and Viagra with no noticeable results. I just got the side effects of headache and back pain. I stopped immediately. I am now very happy with what I have.

Trimix itself has prostaglandin in it, that is what caused so much pain for me, so I used bimix with good success until scaring started... I would think the gel would cause the same pain, but willing to try??? My wife says she can fill my head engorge before I orgasm just as before. I am now almost 4 months out and starting to lose most of the pain associated with the implant. It is what it is, thankful I can have sex as often as we can now!!!!

Same here with the pain from prostaglandin but I am going to try a very small amount. I used a very small amount of trimix (5 units) mixed with 23 units of bi mix up till I started getting plaque.

My glans have not engorged either, but in July of this year, I asked if viagra would work for fullness & help my glans to engorge.

I buy my sidenafil (generic Viagra) from Walmart using a GoodRx card ( see what pharmaces in your local area for the best price. I got 90 pills for a reasonable price. It really works. For an additional feeling of engorment you may want to try a cock ring. But of course ask your doctor first.
