Tactra malleable implant: need advice

After about 3 1/2 years my LGX has developed a leak. No complaints. It did its job. Using VED after surgery I recovered more then 1 1/2 lost inches. That's much better than the average 1 1/5 inches but not even close to the winner 2 3/4 inches.
I've decided to have my LGX replaced with an AMS Tactra malleable implant and I need some advice from you guys who already have a malleable and especially a Tactra.
* My LGX constantly rides up. Day and night it peaks through my underwear's fly. I'm told that the malleable bends down against the scrotum and stays put. True?
* Because of Peyronies my fully inflated length is only 1/2 inch longer than deflated. So I assume that the permanently longer malleable should not be an issue. True?
* I lost more than an inch girth with my LGX and I expect to lose another 3/8 inch with the malleable. My bad back was very happy with my loss and I assume that won't change. True?
* Fully inflated my LGX stuck straight out making natural penetration nearly impossible. The malleable can bend upward like normal giving an easier penetration. True?
* The LGX lasts an average of 29 months, so I barely beat the average. I plan on sitting to pee with my Tactra always bent in the conceal position against my scrotum. I've read that the average life of the Tactra is about ten years and I expect that to increase with only weekly bending. True?

What mate…? LGX average life is 29 MONTHS?! Less than 2,5 years?! Who would ever have the surgery to have an implant that lasts less than 3 years on average? Malleable implant usually last way more than 10 years btw

Not at home, so I will try to answer some questions.
1st, tactra only lasts about 5 years of normal use. Have chart at home that someone uploaded some time ago and I saved it.
All you do is lift up to fuck, put down to stow away. Same length every single time.
As for staying put, not sure what you mean about that, but once you put it way, its away. Think of the malleable as one of the bedroom lamps with the flexible neck.
Not sure on the length that can be put in with the malleable, as mine was about 5", bug the fuck out me because my dick was so sensitive against clothing.
You heal quicker with a malleable because your balls are not touched. Dr. takes out present bulb, but does not have to replace it.

I am not in favor of the malleable implant. I believe you can go for it only if you are not a good candidate for the 3-piece implant (IPP).

You are replacing an implant that can be deflated with with an always-rigid one. In terms of concealing, I don't think the malleable is easier. Wearing it upwards may not be appropriate anytime.

True, but with the 3-piece you can find the positions that are comfortable for both your partner and you. Besides, the malleable is less stiff than the 3-piece implant.

It is (designed) to last over 10 years.

Agfa, why did they only give you 5 inches for the malleable? And why did it make you so sensitive? My difference in girth is about 4.5 inches deflated and 5.5 inches at best fully inflated. I am usually 5 1/4 or so in girth. My best before surgery was about 6.75. I don't mind small girth but I do not want to lose length. They screwed up my initial surgery so at night in the dark my crooked IPP pees on the floor. I was hoping that this would permanently make me straight. It sounds like you had a malleable but very much prefer you 3 piece. True?

I don't have the foggiest idea. All I know is I kept bitching about it on here.
I have gone commando for over a year, I actually started wearing Titey whiteys recently because of the sensitivity.
Analyzing this, I think the slightest pressure was just making it sensitive.
Kramer just did not do justice, so I have no idea. I was not satisfied with the malleable.
Now, after almost a year and a half, I am able to fuck, and fuck good...even after cumming, lol.
Size is not everything, it is nice, don't get me wrong, but everything has its place. and my smaller sized pecker done me proud

I'm pretty sure that him having an infection causes some problems. You should go back & read his history to get a better understanding.
