Day 4: Took Shower. Taking antibiotics, not taking pain medications because of constipation.

It's gonna take time, be patient. Pain may last a few days to a few weeks. Or more.
It took me over 4 months to be near pain free, then a couple more months to get used to all the new hardware down there. Bad reaction to the antibiotic got me, and COVID had all the docs shut down just a couple months after my surgery.
Use ice packs, pain meds as needed (with a laxative) and lots of couch time. You'll get there.

Alex,
Congratulations on joining the brotherhood. Relax and be patient, it gets better a little every day. The worst of the pain is the first few days, and right now you should be spending most of your time flat on your back. My doctor wanted me to keep my dick upright against my abdomen for the first 10 days, which he claims helps with erection angle as the scar tissue forms. I wore classic jock straps, basically 24 hours a day for almost a month. Kept my penis pointed up and kept my balls from hurting. Now, 7 months out? I am living a new life and couldn't be happier. Give your body the time to recover and do its job healing. Again, congrats!

Give it time. 2-3 weeks out is a world of difference from 2-3 days out. I was cleared for sex two weeks from the day of my surgery, and my dick and balls looked completely normal by that point. My only issue at this point, 2.5 weeks out, is pain in the glans area if I keep it fully inflated for more than 10 minutes or so. But that just means my dick is growing. I'm still avoiding vigorous exercise and aggressive sex for another 2-3 weeks, but that's mostly because I'm somewhat cautious by nature. I had the same "What have I done?" feeling after two days. It passed quickly. Yours will too.
Born 1982. Implanted with Coloplast Titan 22cm in August 2021 by the great Dr. Perito in Miami. 6.125" BPEL, 5.25" EG. "It's the girth that gets her off."

Titan Coloplast 22 cm cylinders no RTE. Removed my bandage today
Couple of Questions
1. When does pain go away. After removing bandage it hurts when i walk but
not that much when I lie down. I am taking antibiotics and Pain killers
2. My penis is pointing straight. Did you wear underwears , what kind to hide the
erection
Congratulations, what was your pre op size? Are you fully inflated right now?
32, Venogenic ED all my life. Tried Viagra, Cialis and Cock Rings with minimum to no effect.
Implanted 09/01/2021 AMS LGX 18cm with 1cm RTE.
Regained the original length back. Currently at 6inch usable penis (2 years after implant)
