This kind of post worries me as I have only a 4” penis.
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Yeah.. btw consider that now you can have pretty good sex with it. Dimension does not look bad at all

Sometimes I feel it looks better in picture than from my POV.
But I m also very happy with the results, if and when the size comes back, it wil indeed be cherry on the cake.

Size be damned. There is no potential sex partner of yours who is going to be turned off by what you’ve got. I’m not a connoisseur but that’s a really good looking dick. I always look at it with the “what if it were mine” mindset. If I had that I’d put it to work and try to wear it out. Book an appointment for a new one at the five year mark instead of ten.
Seriously, I think your doctor did good work. It looks totally real, totally natural, totally just the right size for a normal adult male. Don’t borrow trouble. You have nothing to worry about.

I know you lost some, so did I, about half an inch, I'm not sure if it will come back. I too have the lgx.
I was 5.5 when first inflated, now at just over 6 without glans engorgement.
So you will gain some, I have no doubt.
We're both early on, we'll gain more and more over the time.
