Interesting site, I too counting # of pumps, In my cycling I'm at 18 good wall to wall pumps and half pumps for the next hour. These guys get from 7 to over 60.

I'm at my 100ml limit at 20 wondering if I am going to continue making progress? Anybody do the math on wall to wall pumps will empty a 100 mil reservoir ?

For me, the first 3 or 4 squeezes go wall to wall, then the pump starts getting harder to squeeze. When I reach about 30 times, it gets so hard, and I know that is the max. It is not easy to assess the amount of saline that is pumped to the cylinders. If the first squeeze pumps 10 ml, the second will pump 9, and so on, till it reaches zero.

My recovery was slow. I was able to have sex after about 2 1/2. To get it hard for penetration, I need 30-35 pumps. Not a fan of anal sex.

That guy in Confused95 link, should be the poster boy for penile implants. Looks as though it comes out of his body with a normal 3 o'clock position but his dick has a sharp bend up at the base. If I hasd that I would just go to a nude beach and stroll around all day.
