Masturbation Techniques with IPP

I'm curious to hear from the bionic brothers about masturbation approaches with the IPP. Is it always necessary to pump up for getting off solo or is it possible to get the job done deflated when no penetration is needed? Maybe in the interest of minimizing cycles and extending the service life. Does the deflated state still provide enough support for wanking? Or is it still most satisfactory to pump up each and every time for solo work?
55 yo w 20 yrs of worsening ED. VL on US. Tried all PDE5-Is w decreasing efficacy. No longer tolerating SEs from meds. INJs did not work out well for me. Now sched for IPP w Dr. Eid in 12/2023.

Mine is still plenty sensitive enough to do either way. As far as using my implant I stated to Dr. Perito we were going to do our best TO wear it out lol. He laughed and said we can fix that if it happens.
