Guys who were implanted before 40

What were the steps you take to manage this psychologically?
Did women you were with lose respect and attraction for you
Once they found out? How did you manage? I’m sure there’s a way
Out of this dark tunnel somewhere. I’m a guy who used to pride himself
On his lays/prowess (I’m not the only one here) until ED from injuries
really set in.

Just forgot that you have the implant. Stop thinking about it and stop reading the forum. Think about it only when you need to inflate and deflate it. If your implant is well hidden (eg pump behind your testicles) and we'll placed you don't even have to tell to your partners. If they notice something just say you had a ski/bike accident several years ago and you're good now. I used my latest implant with 3 different girls and none of them noticed it. They were always very pleased on how i fucked them especially for my strong erection and for my ability to have sex for long and multiple times.
