So, I haven't measured my dick in weeks. I was cleared for cycling 4/19/21, and have been diligent about it doing an hour, twice a day, plus the numerous times a week for sex LOL. Fully inflated this afternoon, I looked down and realized, holy sh*t, my guy looks longer. I grabbed the ruler, and not even bone pressed very hard at all, he measures a half inch longer than he did post surgery! I was 5.5" going into, and coming out of surgery, so this just seems amazing to me that any possible growth is happening 4 months post activation. Pre PD/ED I was just short of 7" and I know getting there is impossible, especially with an AMS CX, but would 6.5" even be possible? Haven't gained any girth though.

I've gained back a 1/2" in just a few weeks, a bit painful but worth it. shooting for the 6" I went under the knife with.... Doing an hour + each morning with a hot bag then a warm shower each evening and another hour+ , Plus Ved once a week and a few sublime solo jerk dates.

I have the LGX so there may be some difference with that. And I have had a string of problems. I to was just at 7" in my healthy youth. And after just over 40 months post op am at 6.5". So it is possible. Just keep going. I had measurable gains after 1 year. And then a bit more after a repair in April of this year. Best of luck to you. Just have fun along the the way.

That being said I probably need therapy. I love statistics. Took extra statistics classes in grad school. Part of my military career success was no doubt my ability to make the numbers say whatever the General wanted ‘em to say.

What jumped out at me in this thread is a big time statistical truth: guys in their 60s with between 21 and 24 cm total implant installed will have a cock between 6” and 7”. You could have done the math and guessed that pretty close, since an inch=2.54 cm and the vast majority of guys will have between 25% and 33% of their dick concealed.

I’ve often thought a handy quick reference chart with ranges of likely size ought to be published/furnished by AMS or Coloplast. Something like “if you have 23 cm of implant your expected erect length will likely be between 6.06” and 6.79””. For the original poster: your 21 cm puts your likely finish between 5.54” and 6.21”. That doesn’t mean 6.5” is out of the question, but you would need a fairly shallow crus to get much past 6 1/4”.

So, to answer the question “is it possible.” Not only was it possible, it was likely.

And to add support to newbie’s remark that he is still gaining 40 months in....it is slow going but I still feel some stretch and thst’s 20 months post surgery. The bulk of my gain came from month 6 to month 12 but I still squeezed 1/4” additional between months 12 & 18. I have no expectations of more but I have no complaints.

One thing to look forward to: the literature seems to suggest that each time the IPP has to be replaced, the size increases. If true, at about age 93 I’ll be getting the fourth one in and can then launch my new career as the nursing home porn King.

On day 4 it didn't look to me as if my dick would even be a 5 incher, and figured my surgeon lied about what my size would be following surgery, or he did a crap job, or didn't size me correctly. He didn't lie and did a good job. Now almost 6 months later, I'm longer than I was going in. It's impossible not to worry at this stage of your recovery, but really, it will all be ok with time.

I used that line with my surgeon at the end of the first week. Needless to say, since I don’t have a lawsuit pending nor am I in jail for burning a doctor’s house down.....things turned out just fine and they all lived happily ever after.

Look at the math. Per your profile, you’ve got a 22 cm Titan. So you’re one up on me, girth isn’t limited by anything except your tunica. You can inflate to your original girth or thereabouts, the equipment won’t keep you from it. As far as length, 22 cm is 8.66 inches. Unless you’re really anomalous, between 2/3rds (67%) and 3/4ths (75%) of that length will be visible erect cock. That’s between 5.80” and 6.50”. For better or worse, that’s what you are looking at. No, it’s not John Holmes but since you’re alive and kicking I suspect you can and will put it to good use.

Just my results but I have 20 cm cylinders and am just under 7 inches bone pressed.i do have a short crus though.

That does make my tubing a bit pronounced though. Every body is different.

Your main issue is to make your tips are well up into the glans when inflated.
