eight weeks post surg ejaculation

This is my 8th week post op. every now and then i can come either by maturbation or my wife jacking me off. The cum is very watery and thin. and alot !!! Has anyone had this happen? And how would it affect getting her pregnant, you think?

You could still get her pregnant, don't worry. The implant does not do anything to inhibit that possibility!
