I've decided to get an implant. I want to wait a few months though to give me time to use the pump fot length retention. Any suggestions, tips, or anything I should know would be greatly appreciated.
46 yr old. Married swinger. Implanted AMS 700 in Nov 2023. ED started in mid 40's with diabetes. TriMix worked but had scar tissue.

Sounds like a good plan.
Have you noticed any lost length?
If so, use the pump. I had to put some lubricant on my penis when I used mine.
Try not to get it at the base.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
