How rough is OK?

I've had a couple of Dominatrix visits. Been going easy on the Cock/Balls. She is concerned with how much "play" my implant can take. Anyone have some experiences to share?

IMHO, I would not play with the balls. Shaft is fair game, but balls, with the tubing and all, I would stay away from.
Don't know where on here I saw it, but this one guy HAD to get a revision because his block and tubes were all twisted. He has no idea how (or anyone else for that matter), but I would just stay away.

You pull on that pump and lose a tubing connection you are fd. Literally.

Tubing is the weak link.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

No, it was not disconnected, the tubes actually got twisted, he even provided a pic of the tubing afterwards. It actually looked like someone went in and kept turning the block around while in his balls!

I have read often, that when the pump is located that bit too high in the scrotum, that patients are advised to pull down firmly on the pump, to move it to a lower more comfortable and accessible position.

So the tubing can't be that weak surely?
I accept that when it disconnects you're fucked. I would not mess with it I unless I had to
