Implants don’t fix venous leaks

Postby Pamen116 » Fri Jul 30, 2021 1:11 pm

Although you may be able to have a stable and solid erection, a implant doesn’t guarantee or fix the lack of blood circulation flowing through the penis that comes from a venous leak. Maybe for some but not for me. If I leave my implant inflated for let’s say 5 mins or so (just walking around) I can measure 5.5 girth, BUT as soon as I start stroking it or even starting having sex that .5 of additional size from the blood just disappears and I can measure it at 5.0 girth. Restriction rings are considered to help, but I’ve notice the leak is so large that even those rarely help and that the blood still finds a way out. Anyone else struggling with this post implant?

Not an issue for me.

Not because it doesn't happen.

Not an issue because it does not matter to my lover or to me. My penis is rigid and coitally functional. My girth (and length) are sufficient to meet the threshold for good sex.

Anything extra is icing on the cake, but we don't focus on anything we MIGHT be missing, but enjoy thoroughly what we can do.

My venous leak issue started years before I got the implant (identical to yours, btw) so I can't blame it on the implant. I talked to my uro about it, and he gave me daily Cialis, which was no help really, so he added Sildenafil on demand and said a cock ring might help as well. I really missed the pleasure engorgement of the glans gave me. I found that 60mg of Sildenafil and the cock ring really improves things. The head engorges and I get some filling out along the shaft. I don't take the pills every time I have sex or masturbate, but have been using it fairly often. Something you might consider?

Lost sheep that’s good to hear man, I’m glad you and your partner focus on what truly matters and works. Not all of us are as fortunate. The dynamic of dating and women in our 20s has changed and certain standards are placed on men to perform or be a certain way. As far as this post relates though is more so just a vent and wondering if anyone out there does struggle with this issue and what solutions they’ve taken. Appreciate you for always being active and responsive bud. Hope all is well

What do you mean it „doesn’t fix venous leaks“ ?
As far as I see it you have a 5 Inch girthy penis (which is much more girth than the average) on demand for as long as you desire.
Pretty much fixed to my understanding.

As soon as I get insurance I’ll look into going to the urologist to discuss pills, currently unemployed trading crypto. Not sure how much Sildnafil will cost without insurance.

Question for you is (without the ring or taken the pill) do you notice once you masturbate or have sex that the blood that was building up is gone within a few minutes?

Second question which I’m curious what is your current length and girth size? I know it’s personal so if you don’t want to share that’s ok.

Well Wizz my girth was larger before so I do feel the difference both physically and mentally. A lot of people think that just because someone is above average still after a injury or implant it doesn’t effect them.

It’s like me saying I was making a six figure income ($200,000) annually, lost my job and now I’m only making $30,000 annual. It’s easy for someone to come and say well at least your above lower class wages. I get it, the be grateful mindset right? But it doesn’t mitigate or nullify the real loss that has occurred.

Thanks for your feedback though I love the community here and am thankful for everyone who takes the time to reply. Everyone has some sort of insight

Yeah I know what you mean. I‘ve also got a lot of girth (over 6) and will get an implant this year which may or may not cost me some of my girth. And I‘m also young (28) and have never been able to keep an erection up for a few seconds even on pills (let alone get a full erection).

Nevertheless I‘m looking forward to it. I know that my situation doesn’t change anything for you but I mean.. I would gladly take 5 inches of girth and have a functional penis from day one. I‘ve lost a lot of girls and chances due to ED, and oh what would I have given to have a 4.5 inch or less hard penis in these situations :)

A lot of us young folks including me and you have never (or at least during a long timespan) been able to fully pleasure a women. I got friends who have A LOT less girth than me and you and have great Sex. For a lot of girls 5 inches is just perfect and anything above is annoying.

It‘s more like 200 000$ per year which you have no say or control over and can’t spend vs. 160 000$ and you can choose to do what you want with it :D

Again I know my story doesn‘t change anything for you but life is short.. you should probably start to enjoy it with this great gift of an implant.

You are welcome, Pamen116.

When you wrote "in out 20s", I imagine you were speaking about your age(s) and not about the 20s, as in this decade (2020 through 2029)
