Implant for a 23 years old guy

Postby Mike1589 » Fri Jul 30, 2021 1:50 am

Hi everyone.

I am 23 years old guy from Europe. I have noticed that I have issues with erection when I was 17, during the first sex with my girlfriend. After that I had around 5-6 contacts and my erection still was not good, I could not penetrate the girl. I tried the viagra and cialis, but they don’t really work for me. I also did the ultrasound of penis with doppler and it has shown the venous leak with a speed 10 and 12. Currently I am thinking about penile implant, but I am worried about how long term this solution is. I talked to several doctors in my area, one of them is doing around 200 implants a year. He said that the average lifespan of implant is 10-15 years (Titan Touch) and also said that I should expect around 2-4 replacements. What are your thoughts on this? Are there any people who has an implant in their 20s who I can talk to ?

There are many guys here that have been implanted in their 20s.
Tortao, irishguy are just two of them.
Good luck mate!

There is a separate forum topic for young guys, you might find more there.
One thing about getting an implant at such a young age is yes you'll need a revision in 10-15 years, but think of the gains technology will probably have on implants by then.

I do not think a revision after 10 to 15 years is something to worry about. In fact, as Old Guy said, with the advances in technology we may go for a revision even if the implant is working properly. No body knows what features will be there.
The most thing I worry about is an implant failure at any time, although it is not likely to happen if the implant is performed by an experienced surgeon.
