Hi guys,

Before having my implant surgery, I made the decision it would be something I would share with my family, friends and more than 330,000 porn fans around the world. In 2019, Dallas Steele was the 19th (among thousands) most popular gay pornstar in the world, based on streaming sales. I never expecteed to be sharing my secret, but here we are. I'm hoping sharing my story will help men know there are many options for treating ED. I've had trouble since age 27 but told no one out of embarassment. When I discovered Trimix, I went from dud to stud, and starting doing porn. Problem is, I did way too much Trimix, way too often and caused seriously damage. Here is my story in four parts:

How much length did he lose?

Dallas. Did you maintain your pre surgery length? Fortunately I did. Lost some girth but still have a lot.

Great story and terrific videos. Thanks for sharing them. I've had my implant for 3 years now and love it. I wish I'd had these videos before hand. I too, did VED stretching and used a Penimaster traction device, but while I could find useful videos about VEDs, the Penimaster was something I had to experiment with more. Your video explanation about both the VED and the traction were outstanding. Thanks!

So glad I got it done, and happy for all the men that get their sexual function back.

I don't know yet. I'm just 8 days post surgery so have not received permission to begin cycling yet. As you saw in the second video, I stretched everyday for 2-4 hours to get the biggest possible implant. We'll see if it worked.

Sorry about that Dallas. I forgot that you were so recently implanted. Wishing you the very best and I hope you maintained your size, which is impressive for sure.
My surgeon informed my wife before I woke up that I hadn't lost any length. Even told her how long it was LOL. He told me when I work up. I have found it to be true. No loss of length.
The time will pass quickly and you'll be using it again very soon. Those first few weeks are the worst of it.

Day #10 post implant surgery update: When I decided to share my story about this, I assumed it would all be smoothing sailing and positive. No, nothing horrible has happened. But today is not great. Watch the video to find out why.
