Day #10 post implant surgery update: When I decided to share my story about this, I assumed it would all be smooth sailing and positive. No, nothing horrible has happened. But today is not great. Watch the video to find out why.

Hi Jim…your looking good,,,I’m 10 days out today.I wouldn’t be game enough to try to inflate without help. Lol I’m still trying to locate the parts as I’m still very swollen the nurse has me pulling down on the pump twice a day for 20 sec,and I see him on the 12/08/21 to be activated.good luck Charlie.

I don't do videos, does not matter who it is. I still wish you the best and remind you this is a marathon, not a sprint. What you look like today is not what you will look in a year. I got almost a whole inch back in about 10 months of cycling.

So from 6 to 7 inches where I still am today. All with 20 cm cylinders. Girth though is still expanding. So keep a stiff upper lip. Along with other things.

To be honest not sure my wife would want anything bigger.

A number of the replies mentioned length loss. If you use a VED correctly on a daily basis you shouldn't loose any or very little. I lost no length and I gained a bit of girth

Oops I do do videos. Mostly they deal with teaching how to counteract illegal activity as I have a history in law enforcement.

These videos are amazing. Think you should deflate asap otherwise you can have auto-inflation issues as scar tissue forms around the reservoir. You need to make sure that the reservoir is full otherwise scar tissue will form around it in a contracted state.

You could try Dr. Eid's protocol which is to start cycling 3 days after surgery. To take a hot bath and/or aspirin and that will help you deflate. You should probably ask your doctor if it's ok to take a hot bath because i believe it depends on how the incision was sealed.

Also do you feel like the tips of the cylinder are midway through the glans at all times?

How soon post surgery begin you begin using your VED?

Day #15 update: My doctor says pump aggressively and get your partners to help you (I did in this video). Keep it up for at least 30 minutes, even during housework (I did in this video). Plus two more questions from guys online.

Just a comment on the earlier post about pumping in a hot bath. Please consult with your surgeon before soaking in a tub after surgery. Dr. Eid does a special skin closure with skin glue sealing off the incision, making it watertight, allowing early soaking. Not all surgeons do this. Soaking an unsealed wound could increase risk of infection. At least one member of this forum may have developed an infection from soaking an unsealed surgical incision prematurely.
