Australian Experiences

HI everyone. just wondering what peoples experiences are like in Australia. i know that there are lockdowns and the covid situation complicates things but i am willing to travel to insure the best outcome for implant. i live in Brisbane and have heard Dr Greg Malone is great but he uses AMS only.

Hi... I'm over in Perth and implanted with AMS LGX but I've heard from another bionic brother who's on the Sunshine Coast, could be Gold, who was implanted with a Titan in Brisbane by Professor Eric Chung... Maybe you could make a few enquiries...
I haven't seen this Qld guy online for a long time... His handle is ... pumpitup.

Professor Eric Chung in Brisbane does both and he is excellent.
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I dont think that is still the case. I recently had a revision done by Dr Malone and I assumed he would want to install an AMS. He told me that is what he is used to and he tends to prefer, but he will do either. For me specifically he said that since I already had a Titan, if the revision involved installing a new unit then he would use another Titan.
42y.o. Married. ED for entire life, PDE-5s worked in my 20s, then began to fail. Caverject worked but often unavailable.
Implanted with Titan touch 23.2.21 20cm cyl 1cm RTE. By Dr Hii.
Revision due to crossover done by Dr Malone on 21.3.22.

Did you guys use health insurance to cover your implant costs? If so, what insurance company did you use?

I used Teacher's Health Fund... I did have to pay a co payment, approx $1500 from memory...
