Hi I’m just about to be operated on and have the ambicor ams fitted due to previous renal transplant
I’m very concerned as I believe I’m not going to anywhere near where I should be for sex
How much girth am I going to lose ? as I’m not naturally girthy but not small either ..
Also do you lose any length ?
And how hard does the penis get
Any advice on yours would be very helpfull I’m not sleeping at night through worry
I was always a very sexual person and sex for me was always how much pleasure I gave the woman I’m afraid I’m not going to be able to achieve this no more with the 2 piece ams ambicor and it will take away the man I was before my erectile dysfunction
Any help or advice or guidance will be really appreciated

You may lose an inch or two but nothing to be concerned about. As far how hard? Let's just say that you've NEVER been this hard after the implant. Not even when you had your first hard on as a kid!

Thank you for the reply it’s hard to find people with the ambicor fitted and nice to hear from somebody I’m not naturally big I’m around 5.5” long hard so havnt got a lotto play around with will the girth be hugely affected ?
