Post implant natural response

In the last 3 weeks or so, I have been experiencing increasing natural erectile response from stimulation, particularly oral. It must be a function of the corpus spongiosum, but the engorgement is actually visible. I get partially erect enough to experience very pleasant gentle oral sex, without inflating, and no where near hard enough to fuck. Certainly not complaining, but I am surprised by the extent it is happening. However, even with this going on, my glans still only engorges slightly, maybe 20%. Viagra helps that, Cialis daily did nothing, but what confuses me is how my dick can naturally get this hard after my implant, but not the head of my dick? Any words of wisdom guys?

I read a study wherein men who had a "tissue-sparing" implant surgery experienced some restoration of erectile function. Not much, though and only half of the study's cohort. However there was one man in the study who was able to get enough of an erection without pumping up his implant to actually achieve penetrative vaginal sex. Not reliably, but at least once.

The supposition is that the implant compressed wherever venous leakage was going on and thus reduced it.

Definitely not something one can count on, but a nice boost if it occurs.

I've seen the term "Latin erection" to describe the phenomenon, My Doc did something right because he told me not to count on much from that tube and I have great latin erections, that bottom tube can lift up the empty tubes, do a few kettles and its the only thing that has kept me sane the last 3 months!. See the Dr tomorrow for the final word I feel positive I beat the infection and dodged the whole malleable stage.

LS. Its all good, you are correct on both counts. We men have thick skin and a lot of this vocabulary is not usual to me, you are one of my favorite contributors on these pages, keep doing what you do
