Those are the 2 worst things, and franklky, they are really minor compared to the frequent suffering and disappointment that I faced back in the day when I had Erectile Dysfunction.

So, basically, the implant has nearly cured me of 95% of my life problems from erectile dysfunction; and I truly love the change that the implant has made in me and in my relationship with my woman. In fact, I do think that her life is better since she is getting consistent good sex (a hard dick does things for a woman that people rarely talk about)

As someone anxiously awaiting an implant, It’s reassuring to read so many positive comments to this subject. I’ll be delighted If these are the worst two things that happen with my upcoming implant surgery.

The spontaneous sex train left the station nine years ago for me. I’ve tried all the ED aids leading up to my implant decision and they all hindered spontaneity in different ways. I’ll continue using injections for the next 3 months but they really kill the vibe when I need to pause foreplay to run off to the bathroom and stick a needle in my dick. Seems like 1-2 minutes of pumping is less of a vibe killer than the needle especially since my wife already wants to learn how to do it for foreplay.

If the delayed or difficult climax issue happens to me, it may actually be a positive. I’m more on the premature side and use delay creams so maybe I won’t need them anymore. I look forward to being able to satisfy my wife from penetration as long as she wants it. Seeing and hearing her orgasms will be my pleasure & satisfaction even if I don’t always climax myself.

3 bad things about implants:
- You need to pump it. I hope in the near future there will be an implant option working via bluetooth or something like that;
- If I get laid or sit down, the tubings are a bit visible. If the girl licks my balls while I'm in these positions, probably she'll notice a weird thing;
- You can fuck a few times without the girl noticing, but probably one day she will notice your pumping movements or the hard thing inside your ballsack.

Well, but it is worth it. It's much much better than the deformed version of my penis I had after a severe Peyronie case.

I look at it the other way. No matter what. I am getting hard. No worrying about a pill. Is it going to work. Run off to inject. Nope.

I really can't think of "worst" things when it comes to my implant.

I feel fortunate to have it. As someone else wrote, I now have a reliable hard on whenever I want. It's vastly improved my sex life, my relationship with my wife, and my self-image.

Does my implant exactly replicate a natural hard on? No. But compared to my years of ED without the implant, I'll take the minor drawbacks.

Smphead, yes it is a little off the topic. But in all fairness, I believe he is addressing some older mens fear of finding a sexual partner in their older years. Thus having an implant removes the "fail to perform" fears that many/most men have in the very back of their minds. If plenty of women are looking to date older men, then sexual function has a higher priority. Probably not as revelent of a comment to younger members. But still important to many.
