Recovery is going very well. Dr Eid told me I'd be cleared for sex on the 3 week mark. That date was this past Thursday, and it just so happened that I had planned to spend the weekend in a hotel with a lady friend of mine that weekend. So right on the 3 week anniversary of my surgery date I had sex with her. It was a bit painful especially when she got on top but as you can imagine, very awesome still. She had no idea about the implant as I pumped it while giving her oral. The next day we were about to have sex again and I decided to tell her about it. She was not phased and was happy I was honest with her and we proceeded to bone, and again the next day. I had no problem coming in her all 3 times. She wanted to have sex more than once a day but even with copious Tylenols, my poor dick was just way too sore lol.
All in all a very very successful trial run and I'm feeling super good about the implant, after a pretty scary first two weeks as you're experiencing now.

Thanks for posting about your first sex being done without disclosing your implant. I think you have really shed light onto the ENDLESS questions of if an implant can be hidden. Then you described her reaction. I hope that you copy that & save it. Please post it everytime the hiding an implant comes up.

The remaining pain will go in time in sure. Every time you use it and repair things will get more and more robust. Says my logic anyway.

One different thing is I'm not yet quite as comfortable with her sticking her hand in my pants and playing with my "flacid". Since the titan in the deflated state is just like a thinner, crinkly dog-eared mini-erection, it isn't quite as nice as letting her stick her hand down there and play with a handful of soft dick. Maybe as the tubes soften and become less painful I will start to like that again. For the same reason, I didn't feel comfortable showering with her afterwards. The "flacid" deflated state of the Titan is just pretty weird and unnatural. Sure works great for sex though.

I also had to switch sex positions around a few times to find what was less painful. Missionary was excellent and not painful at all, her on top was painful at first until I grabbed her hips and controlled her grinding a little more so she didn't bend the implant in a painful way. I used to love doggystyle before but it was a bit painful now, at least at week 3. I'm sure that'll get better when I try again. Again, I loved missionary and that is how I came inside her each time. Felt so good having a dick that stayed super hard and didn't start to soften halfway through.

Having lube on hand helped a lot since, even though she was pretty wet, there was some pain in my glans/tips when going inside her the first time from friction. Applying lube helped reduce this pain a lot.

The titan is notorious for being to form in the flaccid state to begin with. They soften up a lot over time though. Frankly, I would care as long as I'm worked during sex. Which it obviously does. The top pain will go away too over time.

I'm saying this as if I'm the expert when I'm really a stage behind you! It's just what I have read here, I'm sure you have too. You made a lot of progress the last few days, that was the big test, and you passed with flying colours!

How do you guys sleep in your side after implantation? There is no room left to bring your legs together.
