Things are healing. Had quite severe eodema, swelling of the foreskin, but it had now resolved.

I have just realised from the Dr's now that the implant is fully my deflated. If this is my flaccid size then I'm quite happy. It seems quite normal, if longer than the usual. The implant is of course still stiff and is difficult to hide, I'm sure this will ease with time as it has with everyone else. The larger flaccid, along with the pump, means there is less space than there was. Things are a bit cramped.
That's easy solved with experimentation.

I still have a lot of pain when standing and walking. I don't have any decent pain killers, ill have to wait for the GP's to open tomorrow. I should have been provided with some upon leaving hospital, this didn't happen, didn't realise until was home that they were not there.

Until I have better pain killers I'm struggling to be up and about, problem is, I think the only way the pain will go is to be up and about.

My scrotum and testicle seem to be unwelcoming bastards so far.
Sleep is poor to okay.

Wish I had realised the lack of pain killers. Paracetamol is better than nothing, but it is not sufficient.

I took painkillers between 3rd and 6th day of the surgery, then used Lidocaine cream on scrotum, which reduced the pain in the area. Again used this cream when I started cycling a month after the surgery, usually just after pumping up.

I think some kind of local anesthetic like that which you describe would be necessary to reduce the pain. I say this as I have just taken tramadole 50mg and 1000mg of paracetamol. They didn't do much for the pain. Still pain when up and about, even for a minute.

I love the affect of tramadole though, first time I have felt relaxed since this kicked off! Like being in pain but not caring as much. Been that stressed this last wee while that a change is nice. Similar to being tipsy. Same mechanism of action? I feel gooooooooood
Trust the scot to focus on such things..

I think I just have to accept that my body needs time, that I will be off my feet until it is happy.

Friend loaned me his switch, Mario galaxy and tramadole go well together.

Day 11.

Just been for my first brief jont around the village. First time I have gone beyond my garden since I returned. I'm sure I have been overly cautious. My incision has knitted together well. I'm still paranoid though. Only out for 20 minutes. Kept checking everything was okay. It was.

Had to hold hand in pocket to hide flaccid. Deflated is large enough to be obvious, which makes me self conscious, I'm grateful that that is even a concern when you consider everything that can go wrong!

Pump seems to be more fixed in position now. Maybe that's due to natural binding, maybe the surgeon stiched it in place. I don't know. Pain is well down anyway. Painkillers also help.
I have not fiddled too much, as I was told not to.

All the little abrasions and bruising have healed up. Still a bit to go.

Now I know this doesn't mean much, but I can't help. My flaccid sits at 5 inches, I have an lgx, I'm not sure how much I will gain when inflated, or how much that will increase over time with cycling.
I was 6.25 - 6.5 before, I will be delighted if I get back to 6. That's enough. Average is grand.

So I hope there is 1 inch difference between deflated and erect after cycling. But it is what it is. I should just be grateful to the surgeon and the technology. I'm very lucky to have this. Be in trouble without the NHS.
I'm not sure what else to add. My journal is a bit Crap compared to other's.
I am to see the surgeon and begin cycling in 10 days. His orders.

I have found that one tube (pump to cylinder) is l positioned high, it is on the shaft of the penis itself, above the base. Pulling the pump down gently moves the tube down a bit, but not much.
This would prevent use of a cock ring (which I would need to use for glans engorgement).
Unless I just place the ring over the tubing.

Can't help but think this would damage the tubing and create mega problem.
May have to wear a thin medical ring further up the shaft.

Thoughts from experienced guys?
I am very disappointed. Gutted. Glans engorgement is very important me.

Good on you, it makes a big difference, I'm jealous!

Do you find that the tubing is under the rings, or can you keep the tubing clear?

I asked my uro about using a cock ring to help with glans engorgement, and he said it is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with inflation/deflation, and might help. That and some Sildenafil on board, which he also recommended really does make a difference.

Thanks for the advice chaps,

I would only add the ring after inflation.
The tubing does seem very tough, it has a mental Spiral inside it if you look at the photos. I assume this provides the anti kink property.
You don't tend to hear about issues with tube compression. Any tubing issues seem to be down to the tubing disconnecting at the attachment points.

I'm so with you on the engorged glans. It's important for all.
I will ask my surgeon when I see him.

Thanks, chaps.
