I appreciate this series of posts. I am meeting with Kr. Karpman next Thursday to discuss an implant. I am 30 years old, I can get an erection when I take copious amounts of viagra, but it only lasts for one cum... I cant keep living like this.

However I am a bit worried that I won't be able to then get my theoretical-future wife pregnant. I cum really quickly during penetrative sex, and honestly I love it lol. That would be heart-breaking to me and my family if I couldn't get someone pregnant because I couldn't cum. Has anyone here successfully gotten someone pregnant after getting an implant?

Unfortunately I think I have no choice but to get an implant. Maybe I'll have to break the news to my parents and tell them there's a good chance they won't be grand parents :/ That would be unfortunate.

Hey man, you for sure have nothing to worry about. I'm 31 and today is the 4 week point since getting my implant. At the 3 week point, 1 week ago, I had sex with the implant for the first time with a friend and had NO problem coming inside her. And again the next day, and the day after that. Watching her run to the bathroom with my cum dripping out of her was an incredibly satisfying feeling. If you can ejaculate normally now, I don't think you'd have any problems doing so with an implant.

I think you are worrying over nothing. With a competent surgeon, your ability to orgasm and ejaculate should be intact, as well as engorgement of your spongiosum tissues (shaft outside of the tunica albuginea and the glans).

If you are really concerned, your can always bank your sperm in a frozen state and then do artificial insemination. But that is an expense I doubt is worthwhile. The chances of you becoming anorgasmic (for more than a few weeks) is nil.

Today makes 10 weeks since implant. I never had any trouble having an orgasm before the implant. However although I have had 4 or 5 orgasms since surgery, it takes a while. I do feel som sensation coming back slowly. However I still have a ways to go. Have had them during intercourse but it is easier if the wife does me by hand. I find that it is easier if I wait longer between orgasms. My wife had a knee replacement last week so she is out of commission for a while. Maybe when she is better I will be also. Lol.

It took 18 months to shoot inside a vagina.......now every time I can.
I recently had REZUM to reduce my prostate......it has improved everything....urinating and orgasm.....winner winner
