Nadia the urologists in my country also did not want me to go that route so I did everything they said and then when all the pills injections muse etc didn’t work I was going to a psycho sexual counsellor and then at that stage where she believed that I needed an implant for my own safety and happiness she contacted a urologist and he then put me on to a urologist in London England... you might have to go to one of these sexual counsellors because they will always have connections to urologists... I was 26 when I got implanted.. near your age... if the urologist see that all drugs do not work for you and counselling does not work for you then they will implant you.. but I thought from your previous thread that you don’t want the urologists in your country to implant you??

You are smart not to want vein ligation. Urologists in the United States abandoned that surgery thirty years ago.

Don't they know that venous leak is caused by damaged corpora not being able to hold blood? They still think cutting veins will help?

In my country everything sucks ... everything is mediocre and I am saving to go to Europe or the USA for my implant

Mi erections are crap .... i lasted 1 year and a half of a relationship and it was a total martyrdom .... daily cialis combined with sidenafil, African diets, moringa, vitamins ... etc. etc. etc. the aforementioned not worked. Have you tried a VED? I recommend coming to the States, but just know if you do travel anywhere, it will run you to close to $100k. Maybe find a doctor in a neighboring country to do your implant.
