Anybody with SCI implanted.?

Hi, I am a paraplegic seriously considering getting an implant. Was wondering if there was anybody in this forum with sci that can comment in their experience.
Paraplegic 54 years old. 10 years in a wheelchair

by the way, just out of curiosity... how is your feeling down there? I'm ignorant in this regard. Can you ejaculate, feel pleasure...?

Peyronies since Sep 2019.
Penis developed curvature, lots of plaque, loss of size and axial rigidity. Severe peyronie.
Mar/21 Titan Touch 20 cm + 1.5 RTE.
