Had a call from a health care worker about an upcoming MRI and I advised her of my implant and other metal in my body. I was shocked when she ask me if I had a remote control for my implant. This would indicate that there are some out there already if the tech's are asking about them.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

I believe one is in the planning & design stages but not available yet.

I believe there are a few that are prototyping the implant as per FDA approval.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

I think it will take at least 10 years till these models get available in the market.

Wait until they hack into that. Be hard to explain that someone hacked into your implant and gave you an erection.

Yes. I don't think such technology is out there yet. Nurse might have thought it something else.

If I ever go electronic, I think I will hold out for one that has no remote but gets instructions from an implant in my brain to make the erection. In that way, I can perfectly emulate the natural process.

It would even be more difficult if the erection(s) were caused by some random background electronic activity.

This is a real and very important concern.
I think the implant should have a mechanical 'lock', so it just can't be turned on via Bluetooth if it's locked.
I imagine you can program in your app or smartwatch to get 100% erection in 5 minutes, let's say...
So you just do one or two touches in your smartwatch and go to the foreplay. Your penis starts to get hard slowly while you're kissing your partner.
