Is it bad to inflate the implant and wear boxer briefs/pants over it? It reminds me of how I used to get random boners while out and about (before developing ED). I used to enjoy this back in the day because it felt good and it was kind of a tease because I couldn’t just releave myself because I was in public or driving. Even post op it still feels good because I can feel the pressure on my ligaments (dosnt hurt). I am wonder how bad it is to do this with a implant.

My opinion (based on observations I have had while partially inflated) is that there is no downside as long as you are not compressing or abrading my glans. I wear underwear that keeps my penis pointed up, which works when flaccid. The more inflation I have, the more the penis pushes forward and ultimately makes a bulge right behind my zipper, which rubs uncomfortably on my glans.

Regarding compressing your penis, I need to wear a groin protector when I box. I delfate 100% and can fit penis in pointing down. Glans seems a bit pale afterwards. Do you know if this is harmful to the implant?
