Does Glans Enlarge With Pumping Up Implant Even Without Engorgement?

Even though we know many bionic brothers do not get glans engorgement, I’ve noticed in a lot of the photos that the glans still appears to be proportionate in size to the inflated shaft. Not a tiny, mismatched glans with a larger, pumped up shaft. But a glans that appears larger than one would expect completely flaccid. Does the glans enlarge somewhat just due to the action of the cylinders pushing and expanding into the glans even without actual engorgement of the glans per se?

In my case no.I can engorge it with a VED pump.Going to try daily Cialis and see if that helps.

No. It is impossible-at least for a Titan since the tips that extend into the glans do not inflate. Good question to ask since you need to understand the tradeoffs of an implant. I never thought I would need Viagra after an implant..but I do if I want some roundness and a fuller glans.

No, and I am not yet "active" with it, but my glans was engorging when I was pushing out urine and flexing my PC to push (sometimes I do with without intent to). I was able to "jump" the penis but also engorge the sponginosem and glans. We will see if it gets like that when I get aroused.
