Daily Cialis helped me some. Talking with my surgeon, he added sildenafil on demand (60mg right now), and approved the use of my stiff, rubber like cock ring. Use it all the time.Glands engorges fine with it as long as cock rings are used.Would like to get it back without using it.With venous leak I’m not too optimistic!Don't get me wrong,I’m happy with my implant,works great!I guess most of us would like to have it all!
