Does flat implanted penis round out with Viagra?

It seems that the flat-ish or oval penis shape many implantees observe may be at least partially due to the corpora cavernosa being inflated by the implant while the spongiosum remains nonengorged. Has anyone found that PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra and Cialis help effectively round out the implanted penis shape and/or improve glans engorgement?

I guess I don't understand why this is an issue. Yes, after an implant your penis may have different shape/contour when hard, but IT'S HARD. I do know there are times when my glans engorges and other times it doesn't, but my wife is happy with the fact that I can get hard and please her. I don't know if taking viagra would allow the head to engorge, but probably varies from guy to guy. But I don't see the value in taking a medication that has effects on your entire body just to get your glans to engorge. Everyone has to do what's right for them, but I think there is a lot of overthinking on the trivial aspects of having an implant.

Yes, I have started to round out taking Cialis daily or Viagra prior to sex. However, I find that waiting until after the viagra kicks in (head engorged and shaft feels fleshier) BEFORE pumping keeps works better.

As for the poster not understanding why we would do this, it is simple: a) we don’t like having a flat penis, b) without glans engorgement, it is painful and looks weird, c) without shaft engorgement it feels like a hard plastic dildo, and d) it is less pleasurable.

If the goal is merely penetration, than a stap-on would accomplish that. We want to retain as much of our previous selves as possible

For a more planned, lengthy, or vigorous sex session, I have found that popping 60 mg of Sildenafil on top of my daily Cialis, and wearing a cock ring does in fact round out the shaft of my penis some, and especially really makes my glans engorge. Last night it was swollen, hard and purple like the good old days (a long time ago LOL). For impromptu, quickies or a blowjob, I don't worry about it, just go with the flow, and have a great time.

Wunhunglo does the viagra give you any more girth?

So far about a 1/2 centimer so 14 - 15 centimeters depending where I measure.
But, it looks and feels more like my old penis, not just a rock hard piece of plastic.

I must disagree with a flat looking implanted being like a rock hard piece of plastic. My flat looking implanted Penis has MEAT around it. It is my living meat not some piece of plastic.

You are entitled to disagree and to your own opinions— just not your own facts. Of course my penis has flesh wrapped around it, but without engorgement it feels like two fat sharpies inside (fact for me), hence I likened it to a plastic dick. With engorgement, it feels like it did pre-implant.

The takeaway for me, and I think many people are realizing that an implant changes your penis from round to oval. For some men it is less of an issue. For others, we are looking for ways to get back. Final point: too many posters seem to think that getting an implant is a panacea. A way of getting back to your twenties, on demand dick. Well, it is..but not without tradeoffs. And nobody should make this decision without understaning the tradeoffs.
