Anyone use VED post IPP?

Postby Pamen116 » Wed Jun 23, 2021 5:43 pm

Just a few questions if you have:

Do you use VED with your implant inflated or deflated?

Have you seen any growth (width/length/blood flow)?

How often do you pump?

I currently have a IPP and I’m about at the 1 year mark post surgery. I understand the risk aquatinted with using VED with an implant, but I’m curious if anyone here has had success using VED post IPP.
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

Yes, deflated (I always warm everything up with some warm wash clothes or after a good hot shower)
As for "growth", maybe a little.
3-4 times per week, for about 20-30 minutes.

Hey there Stmfttr,

Thanks for the response so question:

Growth maybe a little for length or width?

Also how long have you been using the VED?

Before implant, I followed the protocol mentioned in FrankTalk in other threads a number of times) and described well in medical journals for per-op size retention/recovery . The two most often described protocols both involved vacuum-induced erections twice a day for about 30 minutes each session.

I did this for 14 months while I searched for a surgeon I wanted to do my implant. (I was very particular>) I lost NO LENGTH at all. (I wish I had the foresight to measure my girth, but, alas, I did not.)

Yes, I have seen a few posts and threads. Not so many years ago, post-op VED use was not considered advisable, but that thinking is changing. Most users, I think, inflate their implant and then apply vacuum.

I cannot use a VED currenly because of the location of my pump. It is high enough that I cannot get a good seal around the base of my penis.
