1.5 year re-vision updateI've been holding off with any updates because I wanted to get some good use out my re-vised Titan before updating you all. As you may remember from previous posts, I was having some pain in my perineum at the very back at times. I got an MRI, but Hakky and I have had issues getting access to all of the images on the disk, so we still can't see what is going on back there. However, The issue I was having is not as much of an issue anymore. I still get the pain every now and again, but its manageable. I've realized that making sure to cycle everyday and sitting in certain positions help 95%. If I slouch in certain ways when sitting it causes the perineum issue more. You can see in one the MRI images below that one of my cylinders is shorter than the other, or rather, does not extend into the glans as far as the other. This shorter side is the one that was causing issues on the back side. With that said.. I dont think it will cause any issues whatsoever having sex.
On that note, I am basically a virgin again. I have not had sex in 1.5 years... if not longer. All of my friends with benefits are now in relationships. I have turned down a number of women, honestly I don't think I will sex w a woman unless she is at least an 8 and I am looking for more of a long term thing rather than friends w benefits. Where I live, in a small midwestern city is rough in terms of the dating pool. Very few good looking women here compared to bigger cities and especially coastal cities. I can literally swipe right 300-500x before I find a girl that I would swipe left on. That is my biggest barrier here. Other barriers include having my children 6 days a week, makes it hard to get out. When I do see good looking women (while out and about with my kiddos) they always have a ring on (midwestern culture, get married young, say married even if miserable). Having PFS makes my libido pretty low so I am actually somewhat ok with no sex for this long to be honest. In 15 years my kids will be adults and I will be able to move to somewhere with many more in-shape women again.
What's funny is that I now have a working penis after having a malfunctioning one for 17 years... and this is the longest during that entire time that I have gone w out having sex haha. I've considered hiring an escort, but do I really want to pay $500 just to test this thing for an hour? Not really. I was dating this Greek girl for a few months at the end of the year, we even went on a week long international trip together... but this girl is a found again Christian and wanted to save herself for marriage. Just my luck haha. I ended that relationship.
The Titan itself is much much softer than it was at first. Definitely still shows in some pants, but I do a decent job of hiding it / not caring so much anymore. Black colored clothes hide it much more than other colors.
I haven't had any issues playing any sports. I actually did give up on bjj and mauy thai sparing though because I dont see anyway my Titan will fit into an athletic cup haha.
Even though I have not used my revised Titan yet, I 100% made the right decision by getting the original implant and then the revision. I do not regret it all. It has helped a lot mentally.
In terms of measurements, I've never been that obsessed with size, maybe because its never been an issue for me. I havent measured my penis length or girth in a long time and dont plan too. I dont think Ive lost size really, if so only maybe half an inch or so.
