3-week check up today. Taz examined, then pumped me up. Told me the implant was “perfect”. Lol…

Wants me to pump daily, maintain erection at max pumps for 2 hours.

Implant: Coloplast Titan, 24cm.

My body is still adjusting to the implant. Have minor irritation at glans. Can fully pump in shower but need heat when pumped up out of the shower. Scar is healed. Learning to adjust to pump when sitting. Testicle swelling gone.

Sex? It’s amazing.

Mental? Also amazing how confidence in daily life is returning.

Dr Tazkarimi is world class surgeon. Excellent follow up, answers any questions I have via text quickly. Had my operation at Innova Loudoun Hospital, great facility and people.
