Jato, I heard you lost 3 inches to Peyronies?
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Jato1229, That is really impossible to answer. The length of the implant does not reflect the size of your erect size. It depends largely on the depth of your crus and your anatomy. I have an 18cm, and I'm 51/2 maybe 6 if at absolute max inflate, and I know a guy with the same size who measures out a solid 6/12. So you can't really compare based on implant size.

He probably won't know his final size for 6 months to a year from surgery. Since it seems that he's having trouble pumping. It may take longer than a year.

I have a 20 cm with 3 inches buried and 6 to 6.5 bone pressed. 3 inch is considered a deep cruse.

Re: 19cm implant
I have a Titan 20 cm. It depends on your anatomy. For me, my first implant was a Titan narrow 18cm. I was 4 " flaccid and 5" erect. Sometimes more with blood flow. After 1st revision I went to a 20cm, proof that the implant does expand tissues. So I am 10 down and 10 up on both sides. I am almost 9 weeks post op. Still about 4 in flaccid ans almost 6 inches erect. But I still have peyronies that was not as noticeable with the smaller implant. The biggest change is girth. The Titan narrow cyclinder are 10mm and the Titan regular are 13mm. So I have more implant to expand. I just think my surgeon did a lousy surgery thus time around.
