don't put it directly on the skin. When I got my implant, I moved the ice around. On top, underneath, sides, etc. Mainly I keep it on my balls to help with the swelling. And don't leave it no too long at a time. Twenty min on, ten to twenty off. You'll figure out where it give you the most comfort. Congrats on your new dick.

Congratulations bud on new tool, yes 20 minutes on and 20 off, because im still doing it almost 90 days out im like an expert on the subject. Put a large amount of ice under the fellas with a towel (single layer) and a cold bag of peas on top of it all dick included. Day 3 alternate with warm water bag or heated bag o rice. Good luck! I highly recommend rotating bags of frozen peas. They can be refrozen and do not leak. They also are easier to form fit around the areas needing the ice.

I need feedback about scrotal swelling. I am 48 hours out and no improvement in the swelling. I have been doing icepacks a lot. Taking Ibuprohen every 6 hours. Trying to stay still as much as possible.
How long does it take to see some improvement? I am swollen to grapefruit size.

64 years old. Began experiencing ED in 2007. Pills worked well until 2012. Began injections in 2018. Could not maintain through completion. AMS Ambicor implanted June 9, 2021 by Dr Michael Wierschem at Baylor, Scott, and White, Plano, Texas. Single.
