Well looks like I am heading for my 3rd implant in 16 months. I am 8 weeks post op today. Fluid collecting around pump is making cycling impossible. I think I will see a new surgeon. I will need to pay out of pocket. Can anyone suggest a good surgeon on the east coast? I am basing this on price. Who knows maybe we all are not good candidates for implants. I am 60 with an active sex life. Benefit of not being married anymore. But I don't want to have surgery again. I have no regrets getting the ipp. I just never expected to have this much problems with them.

Biker , I think you are on to something I’m wondering exactly wtf is going on in my balls I have a revision check up in a week and my pump is cemented to my scrotom, I think they should shoot 500 cc of saline solution into the sac and let me looseen it all up and drain it it out God im sounding like trump lol. I need anew drug. Hang in there

That's what I feel. Not as tight as it was before. But 2 weeks ago it felt like it was attached to the ball sac. Dr mentioned it this on Revision. While he was heavly manipulating the pump. Skin is not as tight. But pump is in a bubble. Can cycle, but then pump is lost to the swelling. If you can't cycle. The capsule will form around the cylinders and implant is lost. I am to not cycle for 3 weeks. Then see him again for reevaluation.

Biker , will post what is up after next Friday’s Dr visit, if im not pleased and my can is kicked down the street more I may seek a second opinion. Still waiting on covid test which may have complicated what’s going on down there.

I definitely for some length but girth is really amazing. I had pd and really still have it
The implant keeps it straight. Gained about 2 inches back since first implant. Revised is larger implant. But pump in the bubble prevents proper cycling

With the first implant I gained about 2inches back from PD. I went from 6” erect to 3” in less then a year. Peyronies destroyed my penis. The 1st implant got it straight. I did get length back. This implant was actually larger because of the space that was made from implant 1. However, pump cracked after a year. I had a coloplast narrow 18cm. Now have a 20 cm. 10 up and down both sides. But fluid around pump was not expected. 2nd implant was like 75% less pain as well.
Hoping this resolves in the next few weeks. Will still cycle just to not get jammed up by the biofilm. Sex is better when less inflated as well. But the thought of doing this a 3rd time is really a drag. Insurance denied claim again, hospital codes wrong. Dr Billed 3k. Hospital billed 32k for the new implant and 23k for the removal. I told them, the implant was at no charge as per coloplast guarantee. They could take the 56k charge and write it off again. Which they did the first time. Since they won’t correct their billing. I did pay the Dr. I have 4 appeals, so going all the way. But the thought of another charge and fight is getting to be an issue.
