Newbie443, I share your tunica confusion. The only way it makes sense to me is that Titan will expand to its diameter & stop. The LGX will expand past the fabrics actual made size. Hard for me to understand a different definition.

. Both implants will not expand the tunica. When the tunica gets completely filled, ( either by blood or implant cylinder) that is what causes your penis to get hard. The size of your natural tunica dictates the size of your penis. The reason surgeons like the LGX, is that they can install a size that is 1-2 cm short and the lgx will stretch out to fill the entire tunica. IF, a surgeon over sizes an implant there will be all sorts of problems like erosion, kinking, buckling and pain. This is why some inexperienced surgeons undersize guys. If they don't have the confidence, I don't know why they don't use the LGX all the time.

I think it looks pretty good. The thin tunica is very interesting. I probably have the same from the years taking finasteride. That's why i injured it and got Peyronie's.

I would consider it a good thing though, i don't see how an erection can get wobbly the wider it gets. But AFAIK titan has a max girth, it can't just keep expanding.

Titan will do some stretching once you start pumping it.
With my Titan, I started with just a bit over 4 inches. By the end of 12 months, I reached 5.5 inches with 18+1.
And I was significantly undersized.
On revision, I got AMS CX (at my request) 21 + 1.5 cm.
With AMS, I am pleased with my implant and my flaccid look.
