67years,fighting ed for over twenty years. A sever break, vit E, pataba, Viagra, massage Ved cilas, and I'm tired- throwing in the towel, Op for implant Mar 18, 2021 AMS LGX 18 x12 + 1 3cm RTE, gained girth and length, very glad I took the hard step.

When mines flaccid it kinda takes different shapes bc it so thin
So the crinkles in the cylinders are easily felt and pointy

I couldn’t imagine being semi hard bc the crinkles
Would be so apparent

Still very painful to really pump up max tho

About the same at the base

It’s thinner around the end of the shaft abs head
The head is obv smaller bc not engorged


Guys how long to wear the underwear w the penis pointed up?

Your ed nightmare is over :D
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

Wife isn’t happy I did it tho she may leave

She just didn’t understand how mentally draining it was even tho I could get hard most of the time the stress of loosing it was too much

Kinda stinks

But I’m ok
Pain is still significant like a constant toothache in my dick

Your body, your choice. As for the dull ache, that will gradually subside over the next 2 - 4 weeks. Keep taking hot baths and elevate your legs, it really makes a difference!
