Pat we have so much in common! 6 weeks ago when I could cycle my first pain was th sides too, thought I was weird glad to find out not. I gained 1/2 “ that 2 weeks I got to work with it.

Could I ask what the capacity of your reservoirs are? Is it different per patient or should we all here Ams 18cm rte3cm have the same/ similar cc in our reservoir?

Here's me 2 years post OP with an LGX that is 18cm with 4cm RTE. Little over 7 bpl.

Still praying to keep my implant ( or switch to the malleable) Will have final word July 21.

Noob question here - what is RTE? I see that mentioned frequently but what does it mean?
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

It is a hard plastic, rear tip extender. It snaps onto the base of the inflatable portion of the implant. It is used to get down to the bottom of your cruse but have the inflation tubes be somewhere near your pubic bone. Some guys have a deeper cruse area. The cruse and cruse muscles are where your penis is attached to your inner thighs.

@Quincy can you post also your flaccid length? I have a similar implant like yours and I am fighting to regain my length. (you can PM me your photo flaccid/erect if you wish)

Pre-OP VED length: 5.5". Post-OP: 4". At 3 months post-op: 5".
Cycling with a lot of pain
If you have a motorcycle or a bike stop using it (ED with motorcycle accident).

The line which goes from the base of the penis to the left is a vein or is it some tubing or something from the implant?
Late twenties. ED since very early twenties. Unable to have sex.
