Not saying any of this enlargement stuff will/might kill you. But penicillin was a very commonly used drug 30 years ago. I couldn't believe the outcome with the horse.
In the back of my mind I wonder what women you're aiming at that needs a huge girth penis. FWIW, before ED. My wife was pretty maxed out at my 6 inch girth. What are you going to do if you end up with 7" or more girth & the woman that you fall in love with can't handle it? The implant & girth enhancement will all be a waste of time & money.
Btw, there are many women like my wife. Gynecologists have a set of smaller exam tools for them.

I'd imagine anyone considering girth enhancement is probably starting out with smaller than 6" girth

Don't be quick to presume that I had 6" when I first met. We've been a committed couple for 52 years. Btw, I have 2 different studies that shows a 6" girth is only in the 70th percentile. Not what would be considered huge. Also, my shaft is uncircumcised. That layer all the way around the shaft adds some girth. I would like to thank my mother for no circumcision.
Oh, I'd like to add that the wife has had 2 vaginal births. Both were accompanied by relatively short labor.

So I was watching a taped conference presentation by Dr. Brock of Canada last night. I like the guy, speaks very well. I recommend that members so interested should search for it & watch it. As I recall it is about 45 minutes long.
One of his more startling subjects was just how much blood flow it takes to run a flacid penis. He claims that a flacid penis only gets maybe a couple of drops of blood flow per minute. I guess part of my concern is that during/after a procedure on the shaft. By the time a doctor realizes that there is a flow problem. It might be too late.
My nephew lost a transplanted pancreas that way.
Best of luck to you guys.

Could you post these studies showing 6 inch girth is in the 70th percentile? Not doubting you I just need something to push me over the edge to get HLA injection lol

Ok, I'll see what I have & if more data is available. But right up front I'll comment that no matter what is posted. I kind of doubt that it will sway any minds. Unfortunately it looks like one of the two links that I had saved is no longer valid. But it only took a few minutes to find one with similar data.

Length only study
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32666897/

Check the graph part way down the page. I do need to apologize because I have some data twisted. This does not have a girth section after a quick review.
https://www.sciencemag.org/news/2015/03 ... rage-penis

I'm a bit unsure of this one for several reasons. I'll post it because it does provide some persective. Feel free to believe it or not. Btw, it shows girth ranges of 5.8-6.6" as being in the 99.4 to 99.98 percentile. Seems high to me. Plus the link that I thought went to where the data was gathered from now goes elsewhere.

And my wife regularly spit the speculum out at the gynecologist because she would clench a little bit.

70th percentile means that 30% of men have 6 inches girth or more, but I doubt even that. Nearly 1 in 3 men has greater than 6" girth? I find that unlikely

I'm over 6 inches and I feel a titan is a mistake. Way too embarrassing and I would know if I saw another dude likewise. It freaking stands out like a swollen thumb.

Can you elaborate on this some more? Why are you saying titan is a mistake?
