Gaining girth w/Titan & VED (Advice needed)

Hi,
I’m pretty disappointed after losing around 2 cm of girth compared with my pre-size injection. I have been cycling twice daily since Day 3 in the bath and recently have started to get a few extra squeezes in the pump. With that said, my dick is like putting a square peg in a round hole. So, unless I find a woman with a horizontal vagina like a coin slot, sex will be pleasurable for neither of us.

So, I’m wondering if the risks (are there any?) is worth the reward. Please share any success stories (do’s and dont’s)

The problem is you were in the top 1% of girth to begin with. Even the titan isnt really made to accomodate that. Its no coincidence very singe thread about losing girth with the titan is from someone who was 6+. The squareness should round out over time. As far as the girth i would do 3x a day pumping and use viagra. Assuming the doc approves. Also perito is doing hla injections to improve girth, idk if it works with an implant though.

Beyond these options there is truly not much you can do, if its any consolidation your girth is still bigger than 99% of men.

Agreed with darkflame, according to Dr Eid smaller girth guys will gain girth with the Titan, and bigger guys will lose girth. You are among the latter. That said, if it really bothers you you can look into HLA injections (hyaluronic acid filler) to increase and even out your girth. They are not cheap however and only last for about a year or 1.5 years max before being absorbed by your body. There are also permanent injectable fillers for girth enhancement (PMMA, Ellanse) but they are fairly new and since they're not easily removable, you risk unknown long term effects.

I'm planning to do HA injections. Perito has a product called urofill. You Can do HA injections with an implant.

I have the ams lgx 700 fitted, with the same result a flatter penis. I have had length gains but none in girth since activation on 2-18-21. I have nowhere near the girth you have post op at 11.5 cm.
Sex is fantastic, for both of us and I'm not to sure that the vagina is actually round, particularly after childbirth. I don't think you have anything to worry about there.
There are quite a few accounts of implantees on this forum gaining both length and girth after surgery;(some dont); but it usually takes time. I am cycling daily, gaining a or 2 millimetre a month in length but as I said no girth yet.

I had both implants. First one was Titan.
Whatever ever girth I had with my Titan, I have now (6 months post revision)
With my AMS CX. No difference at all. I am around 1/2 inches longer with my CX. It was significant difference in cylinders lenght.
If bit of luck is on my side, I might regain my length I had before prostate removal.
The way I am now, I am very happy and thankful to my revision surgeon.
He did excellent job.

If you gained a full half inch doesn't that likely mean you were drastically undersized by your first surgeon?

YES. I was undersized on my first implant.
I went from 18+1 Titan to 21+1.5 AMS CX.
