Flat/Oval Versus Round Shape After Implant

Many guys have described the erect penis taking on a flat or oval shape after implantation versus the round shape of a non-implanted, erect penis. Some have stated that this may be related to the cavernosal cavities filling with the saline of the implant while the corpora spongiosum remain non-engorged. I’m wondering how common it is to have a flat shape versus retaining a round shape after implantation. Do any bionic brothers still have a round shape to their penis after pumping up and being aroused? Or is the new flatter appearance the norm?

My penis may be a little flatter than it was before my implant. But it's not immediately apparent.

And I do become more round when I'm excited.

I want to add that, for me, the positive effects of a reliable hard on far outweigh anything as minor as a slight difference in shape.

I am only 8 weeks out so maybe/hopefully it will get better but I lost 1.5 centimeters of girth and am NOTICEABLY FLAT. When I asked my girlfriend after sex if it felt different, she replied “it didn’t feel as monstrous, ususally it is difficult to get it in”

I drew up an illustration over a year ago and have posted it several times in response to similar questions. I think this slightly oversimplified and not to scale image can explain what you're asking.

I did not loose any length or overall girth but erect it is more oval then round like it was before the implant. It feels more flat/oval then it looks. I had gained over an inch in girth, 6.5+", from using Trimix for 12 yrs. and I did loose that "gained" girth with the implant but I am still very happy with the implant and would not go back to my floppy dick I had before.

Hi RoninRiff, definately an flatter oval shaped erection in my case.
I think what shape you get after implant depends on wether you get any engorgement in the glans after implant. Engorgement=round; no engorgement=flatter oval shaped erection. I get zero engorgement.

The thing is, looking at my erection side on, it does not look oval or flatter shaped, it is how it feels in the hand. My wife has not commented nor complained about the new shape. She just loves our reborn sexlife, and so do I. I posted pictures of my post implanted penis in the implant pics topic in this section of the forum page 69, it looks round but does not feel round.

My penis looked way more oval with my Titan.
Now, with AMS CX, my penis looks way more round and becomes more oval at around 90% inflated. I prefer 80% for sex.
