Reservoir hose protrude at the base of my shaft

Postby Bandaid » Tue Jun 01, 2021 9:53 pm

Hello guys, I'm new to the bionic brotherhood. Had my implant in February was not happy at all. Lost girth and size. One rod was longer than the other. The reservoir hoses were protruding at the base of my shaft. Had a revision 4 weeks ago got the OK to cycle only to find no change in anything but my rods are even now. When I cycle I feel all the hoses stiffen up at the base of my shaft and I noticed the rods stiffen up but I'm not really erect... Is this normal? Should I seek a consult with another doctor? I'm in the NYC area.

IMO that is perfectly normal. I have the tubes from each cylinder very obviously coming out from underneath my dick, into my scrotum to the pump. On the left side I also have the tube from my reservoir that comes down parallel to the left implant tube, and wraps around the left side of my dick before going into the pump.

These tubes are soft when deflated except for the reinforced portion at my coporotomies or incisions under my dick. When inflated the tubes to get very rigid, but consider that the pressure that makes the implant cylinders rock hard rigid, has to go through those tiny tubes too so the pressure will be evident there as the tubes get rigid.

Welcome to FT. You might include some information that will help us a bit. If you look at the bottom of my and others posts you will see a signature with information on dates of surgery and device information and even the treatments that were used and for how long.

Have you seen any videos of implant surgery? They are on the web and the doctor make an incision at the base of your shaft. Then the doctor goes down through the layers of tissue to expose your corpora and makes an incision in each of them to dilate and measure for the proper length cylinders. This incision is where the tubing from the pump that feeds the cylinders go. The other end of these 2 tubes go to your pump. There is another tube that goes from the reservoir to the pump. So the tubing location is normal and something that goes with having this.

If you have the same device or same make and model device that you had the first time and it is not inflating properly then yes you need to contact your doctor and maybe your device patient representative to get this problem on record.

Best of luck going forward with this and we hope to hear more from you on this. Hopefully a quick and easy fix.

Hey Bandaid,

Welcome to FrankTalk.

Who did your implant surgery? Your revision?

What did your Doc say about it since?

My tubing is also pretty "prominent". Not an issue. Many things about our implants that seem to be "issues" become much less important as we get to fucking! The "wonderfulness" of fucking after years of "limp noodle dick" eclipses nearly all else... Good luck man!!!
