Hey guys, I had a implant put in 2 weeks ago. Just wondering how long before the aching stops?
Also I have pumped probably about 6 times , the pain is unbelievable and that’s only pumping a little. The pump is also hard as a rock, will that soften up?
Thanx for your help guys.

Welcome to the Brotherhood! Did your surgeon tell you to start cycling this soon? Were you sent home partially inflated? When do you see your doctor for follow up? What type of implant do you have?
I was sent home partially inflated (70%) and deflated to about 30% after 2 weeks. I wasn't given the go ahead to start cycling till the 4 week point. I have never had the pain you describe. I would recommend you call your doctor for a consult on healing protocols and the pain. Yes, the pump bulb does soften up fairly quickly. Good luck.

Dr. In NY told me to start on day 3, however it was to painful. He had me see him on day 6 only because he needed to pump me. I have pumped about 6 times since then. I go see him tomorrow

Re: How long before the aching stops?
This is a trick that I will be making a thread about soon. I get a tooon of pain pumping too, but early activation is key to size I have heard.
Here is my pre pump ritual:
Hot shower.
Oxy.
LIDOCAIN SPRAY
The lidocaine spray can help mitigate a lot of the pain.

Titan or AMS?
My Titan's pump has softened up over the first few weeks. First few times I tried it I could barely deform it at all.

Re: How long before the aching stops?
I did have scrotal pain for several months after surgery. It was just the extra gear and the amount of space it occupied. It hurt to inflate and under inflate. I tried multiple types of numbing agents, most with lidocaine and only found one. It's called "numb520" by ebanel. It's a high concentration (5% ) lidocaine that really works. Put on a thin layer and 20 minutes later you will be a lot more comfortable. It's not cheap but with the pain that was my go to. Found it on Amazon but you might find it local. I'll also add I don't get paid for endorsement of products.
