Hey all,
I’m 12 weeks post op and so far so good. Except in the last couple of days, I’ve felt that my scrotum is somewhat puffy, and the pump is difficult to discern. Before that, it was fine, I could feel each component of the pump no problem. But now it seems like the pump is covered and I can barely make out the deflate button or anything else.
Before I email my surgeon, is this normal? Should I use heat and/or ice to help? When I wake up in the morning it’s fine, it’s normal, but as the day progresses the pump gets more difficult to feel.
Any tips or insight is greatly appreciated

After almost 3 months, you should be fairly healed with little in the way of issues in the scrotum but it's possible you might have damaged a blood vessel in the process of pumping or deflating, thus causing a hematoma or something similar. But, it also could be the beginning of an infection that's brewing.
First and foremost, don't consult non-medical persons before contacting your own doctor/surgeon regarding this issue. There are things that can cause your issue that may be incidental and not serious, but there are causes for this at 3 months out that could be quite serious. Check with your surgeon or in their absence, get medical advise from your local urologist or other medical provider.

At my 6 week check up the doctor saw evidence of a little hematoma, but it was healing. So I’m wondering if it has gotten bigger, like you said, as a result of pumping. I applied heat and put on the jockstrap to keep things tight and it’s seemed to help a bit, the scrotal skin has loosened up.

I totally agree. This is something that you need to get checked out by a healthcare provider that has experience with implants. And as soon as possible.
Best of luck going forward with this.
