I’m 24 and on the road to get an implant soon. Since i am too young, I don’t want to explain the implant to random hookups.
I was wondering if it is possible to inflate your implant through a hole in your pocket so it is a bit discreet and when i pull it out it looks like its normally naturally erect?
Any input would be appreciated.

I don't know about other pumps but mine is much to hard to pump to manage doing that through a hole in you pocket.

Yea it can work, but you probably won't be able to inflate it fully if the penis is still inside your pants. Some guys can inflate almost totally and point it 100% to the sides, I find this crazy. I can't do that lol.
You can go down and make oral sex on the girl, then pump while you're down there. I think this is the best strategy.

What works best for me is a case of magician's misdirection or sleight of hand, as one person phrased it regarding a segment of a video I showed him. For about one minute in this video, while massaging my partner I was also pumping up with one hand. Now for full disclosure, she knows I have an implant but from her point of view, not seeing what I was doing, she would have assumed that I just "GOT HARD" while massaging her.
If you can occupy your partner's attention with other activities, you should be able to pump up adequately for penetration with no problem, and without "getting caught".

I have tried the hole in pocket. It works just great.
BUT
I do not recommend it.
Because,
You will lose stuff since you will habitually place things into your pocket and they will fall down to the ground.
So, agree with all the comments about slight of hand and distraction and oral sex...it is super easy to pump while she is not looking....really easy
