Post-Implant numbness

Postby Trav8701 » Tue May 25, 2021 4:35 pm

Is it permanent? Is scrotal the bona fide superior way vs infrapubic when it comes to avoiding numbness?
31. Jelq-HF in 2017. Has continued to get worse. 5mg daily cialis, 10mg on demand. Considering other options.

This all varies in who you talk to. Some have posted no change after implant. Others have some to one degree or another. And it does improve in the cases I have read. For me things were different after implant and it took a while for me to adjust to the different feeling. As far are different surgical approach it is pretty much the same. It has been written that penoscrotal gives better access for placement of the pump and infrapubic better for placement of the reservoir. Some doctors say risk of infection for penoscrotal is higher and there is a nerve bundle to avoid for infrapubic. The well known doctors very on what approach they use. So I do not have and do not know of a answer for this. But like device choice the patient can have input on this as some doctors not only use different brands but also both surgery approaches.
