I had more discomfort from my reservoir than anything else. No real pain. I had very little pain with my implant. I had a scrotoplasty and a very long incision and at 8 weeks had to remove a few of them myself. They would bite me regularly until then. But I knew the reservoir was there longer. Like I said not pain just pressure and a bit of discomfort for a long time. Not sure how long but longer than 8 weeks. It did get better just took a while.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Proximal Perforation Sling Repair 4/13/21 Dr. Broghammer

Will show and tell and talk with others.

It's not so pain I rate it like 2 or 3 out of 10, I don't feel it I just know where its at due to the pain. I'll just wait and see if it goes away

Our bodies are not fans of foreign objects being inserted. Takes a bit of time and you won't even notice it.

Three days?!?!?!

Consider yourself lucky. The reservoir was the most painful part of my recovery (at least, when I tried to get out of bed). My scrotum hurt continuously, so I could get used to it. But when I tried to get out of bed, it was a major production. I planned each move because if I had to catch myself or do a sit-up to raise myself, it was excruciating. Rolling onto an elbow and using my other arm to lever myself up was the usual way for the longest time. I think it was a week before I could get up without pre-planning.

About ten years after my Titan surgery I started to experience occasional mild but sharp discomfort at random moments in the area of my reservoir. This went on for a few months and then stopped. I have no clue what was going on, but was not concerned enough to consult my surgeon (Kramer) since he had moved all the way from Baltimore to Cape Cod.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
Life is not the way it's supposed to be, it's the way it is.

Where did they place your reservoir? I cannot feel mine whatsoever.
