Groin protector for implanted men?

Postby wunhunglo » Sun May 16, 2021 4:25 pm

Hi,
I’d like to get back to my light mma and grappling training but afraid of getting kicked in the groin—or worse yet—my penis. After implant, I can no longer fit in my athletic cup; flaccid is too long and hard. Anyone out there with a similar problem?

Thanks

I have a Shock Doctor Titan Alloy cup, which still fits ok. It is large and heavy and ideal for MMA. Given the size of your implant, your dick may/is larger than mine, but it might be worth checking out. It's $30 on Amazon.

Definitely try a larger cup. Used mine some but do not need it now. I'm not into sports anymore.

Interesting topic. I am a mountain biker and I do lots of enduro riding and I'm also afraid to damage my implant in case of impact in that area.
I also did some boxing and lot of skateboarding before the implant. I had to give up with skateboarding ( i was at a very good level i was sponsored and I started to do it at 13 yo) because me and also my doctor think it's very too risky for the implant and it's also very uncomfortable doing that with a pump in the scrotum.
I'd like to resume boxing but I don't know if it's worth to add another risk. I think that riding mountain bike especially during downhill is already pretty risky in case of impacts.
Maybe someone has some suggestions to protect an implant better during such activities...

Hey Steve @steve87
How is your life now? Heard you got some problems, have you overcome your depression?
Is sex good now?
Best wishes!

Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that
