So what size implant am I getting

Apparently Eid said I can’t really get the AMS bc he would need two RTe AND he doesn’t like using these


So my implant should be about 16.5cm on the outside and then some more cm in the crus

Maybe 20cm? 24cm?

Most likely a 20cm, maybe a 22cm. I was about 7.5" before when I could get erect and close to 8" with a ved. I have a 22cm Titan and am back to my 7+ length but have more girth.

You could special order a 23 cm AMS LGX. It potentially expands to 28.75 CM. But I doubt Dr Eid will order one. The LGX is the softest IPP on the market, soft inside of your penis. That makes it harder to slide down into your crux. So Doctors use a lot of RTEs instead. Much easier. But the LGX is the only IPP that will give you back everything that you had. Typically Doctors like to shorten you about half an inch just to be safe. So I hear Eid come very close to what you have.

When I asked Dr Eid a question about my Crural perforation and advised him my device was a 21cm LGX he replied that my device has problems and he would have either used a Titan or a CX. As far as what size device you will have there is no way to tell until after surgery when you are measured. No way to know until then.

Yes it is true that until you know how deep your penis goes inside you can't guess what IPP size based on how big it is outside. Plus some doctors do not fully dilate down inside makes the operation easier. So even if your inside and outside were about the same that would make no difference. But many doctors know exactly what they will do and based on your size they can tell you what they plan to use in advance. Bottom line only your doctor knows for sure.
